Huge menu with many local dishes to choose from. Good food, fast service and beautiful location on the Mekong River. I have reviewed most restaurants nearby and this offers the best value for money. Take insect repellent when you visit in the evening.

Beautiful cheap restaurant on the Mekong river, family business and mom leads the simple, clean and also cheap pension on the street. We always stay there on our Motobike Tour.

They have variety of food and drinks and it’s inexpensive. I tried pork larb with sticky rice. It tasted ok, but just right after I finished the meal my stomach felt strange for few hours which is rare.. One thing I liked this place was you can customize your fruits drinks, with regular milk, coconut milk or yogurt, without sugar.

I have no idea how people rate 4-5 stars here. Must be blind and numb by the wonderful atmosphere of Luang Prabang in general. The food here is just okay to disappointing.

Bad experience. The owner is a lady who looks angry and is impatient. The staff is indifferent and slow. We ordered 2 dishes to check the food, happily we didn’t order more! The deep fried fish (30k) was very disappointing: not fresh, no taste, too much garlic, very small portion. The rice (5k) was also old and chewy. My friend had the mushroom/shrimp soup (20k) which was salty and no taste. The coconut shake (7k) was alright. This place lacks any passion or friendliness. The view is ok, but you can find that anywhere along the Mekong. Don’t go here unless you want an angry woman!
