I was very disappointed with my first order for pickup. I received only about 14 cold, overly salty fries, which they called a "bucket," along with a barely handful of Gator bites—all for $16. To make things worse, after I handed the employee my card, he just walked out of the restaurant, which felt really strange.

I accidentally ordered 20 wings, and they were huge! The staff is friendly, the service is quick, the drinks are great, and the nightly bar games like bingo and cornhole are a blast. The burgers are amazing, and I loved the gator bites!

They host a Bingo night, which adds a fun element to the gathering. However, the choice of the "Naughty Bingo" theme feels inappropriate and out of place. It seems to undermine the welcoming vibe the restaurant aims to create, especially in that part of town. I hope this feedback helps maintain the positive environment of this otherwise wonderful establishment.

The restaurant was crowded, and the servers appea... read more I was invited to Gators Shack by family who had praised it, but my experience on 11/18/2022 was disappointing. The restaurant was crowded, and the servers appeared overwhelmed, which I can understand having worked in the service industry myself. However, when we tried to get someone's attention, we faced passive-aggressive behavior. We waited 45 minutes just for a refill on our draft beer. After ordering an appetizer and a drink, we decided to leave, but were still charged for the orders we waited nearly an hour for. The steaks we received were overcooked, and at that point, we left with them in take-out bags. Despite not causing any trouble, we still encountered attitude from the staff. We were charged for food that was served cold. It's unfortunate because I used to love this place, but it feels hit or miss now. The owner did apologize, but he shouldn’t bear the brunt of the issues with the staff. Changes are needed.
