I recently had the pleasure of visiting Domino's for the first time in a long while, and it was an amazing experience! The employees were fantastic, making the whole dining experience enjoyable. What Jason Molzer doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
I placed an order at 6:41 PM, and as of 9:15 PM, I'm still waiting for a missing pizza. The "manager" attempted to explain how things work, but it's just pizza and delivery—it's the only service they provide. Obviously, they are failing at it with my order. I really love this restaurant! The food is consistently delicious, and the staff is always friendly. It's definitely the best spot in the area.
If you don't order online, I wouldn't recommend going here! I was told that the discounted prices are only available for online orders. When I asked why that seemed unfair, the manager responded that I was taking him away from processing online orders! Is this how we treat customers who come in person? I wish I had the manager's boss's phone number! No one should be spoken to in that manner! I will never order or eat at any Domino's Pizza again! My money is better spent elsewhere!
I 've been coming to this store for years. It 's under new management. Walked in to place the order, talked with one of the counter girl and, for some reason, could not comprehend i wanted 2 pizzas and spend about $20. She kept on giving me "deals "that totalled $50+... huh? After 2 consecutive attempts i told her I 'll order on line instead. Ordered on line but was notgetting confirmation, walked back in, reordered with another clerk, paid for it and walked out. Got a call from the store thatthe first order went through so the second order was canceled. Picked up the order 15 min later. Was not impressed by the tasteand was barely cut Would i but from then again? Sure! It just won 't be anytime soon.
The pizza was excellent. Scout, Marie, and Felicia are truly the best!
Ordered Cheese Dip with garlic twists asked that twists and garlic sauce be put in a container of their own because when they just put on a waxed sheet in the big box next to the dip metal container, the garlic sauce goes all over and gets absorbed bythe cardboard box and you loose it all. The guy says ? but we them in the box together with the dip, I explained again theyneeded to be in a container so the greasy sauce would not ho all over, well, all they did was put garlic twists with sauce in aseparate smaller box, and again the garlic sauce was all absorbed by the box, sipped through the box and got it on my car. I donot get it, it should be common sense to them that greasy garlic sauce is going to be absorbed by cardboard, why is that so hardto understand ????
