The food is excellent, and the ambiance is pleasantly quiet. It's a perfect spot for a family outing.
While passing through Lowville, we needed to find a place to eat, so we decided to try Gary's. It was our first time, but we thought, why not? We were all pleased with our meals. The diner is a nice size, featuring two rooms and an ample number of attentive staff. The food was tasty, and the service was efficient. We would definitely stop by again if we're in the area.
One of the best chicken parm I have ever had in my life!! So fresh and the temperature was on point. The server was super sweet and quick on the draw with refills and checking on us. Definitely recommend going!!
Wow fantastic! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The menu has many different choices! Everything was wonderful. They have gluten free buns available. Definitely will be back! We got the Chicken Pesto Focaccia, same thing on a gf bun and the smallportion of chicken tenders and fries.
Two of us enjoyed a late lunch in this homey restaurant. We were impressed by the spacious layout; there are three separate rooms. The walls are adorned with photographs of historic Lowville. Daily specials are written on blackboards in colorful chalk. We were waited on quickly with drinks. It didn't take long for our entrees to arrive. I ordered the Turkey burger, which isalways a risk because it is so easy to overcook. No worries... it was nice and juicy. My companion ordered their Schnee-burger , a tasty but messy sandwich smothered in sauteed onions, mushrooms and cheese. We both chose the creamycoleslaw for our sides. Services was polite and the food was satisfying and fairly priced.
