Looking for an awesome cafe with great options and freaking amazing cookies? This is THE place! I love their hot and iced lattes. Very tasty and very quick service. They are so friendly as well. I really look forward driving 20 minutes just to get a taste of their coffee and most importantly their slam dunk cookies! They are a must try!! View all feedback.

The service at Apt 3 is always very friendly. They offer non-dairy milk for drinks and frequently feature a vegan doughnut of the day. I would rate them 4 stars higher if they had a wider variety of vegan treats. View all feedback.
I originally came to this restaurant for the vandal doughnuts, which are unfortunately no longer available. However, I continued to return because of the amazing service and atmosphere.
I love coming to this restaurant to study! The atmosphere is super cozy and the staff are always friendly. They are very accommodating with dietary restrictions, especially for those who need dairy alternatives.
The chai latte with cinnamon looks beautiful and tastes delicious!
I absolutely adore their espresso! It's a real indulgence to enjoy coffee at this place. The staff is consistently friendly. I do wish they had ice cream available year-round, but I understand why. The atmosphere and snacks are delightful!
Fantastic coffee and the most delicious chai latte I have ever had! The blueberry muffins with crumbles are also top-notch. The service is always excellent. We are fortunate to have this place in Lower Sackville!
