I cannot fully put in to words how fantastic the staff at Holker were on Saturday. Our wedding was in the Ilex and brasserie, and Ben and the Holker team were fantastic. Sat out in the courtyard, in the sunshine. Gorgeous lunch with produce from their own market garden. Cakes looked fab but we were too full
