First time we came here was a year ago and had an INSANELY good experience. Food was so great last time. This time… our two sandwiches took 20 minutes to come out and several couples who ordered after us were given their food waybefore us… so.. maybe we were forgotten? No clue honestly. To me, the reuben is king Supreme, the sandwich which I as a customer, hold in the highest of sandwich esteem, and the standard which I hold an eatery to. It is the defining moment for a restaurant, the moment that decides whether I become a return customer, or not.
