Got the bibimbap, shaken beef, wonton soup and mee katang. Everything was soo sweet and the noodles for the mee katang was this thick, globular mess. Looks like they never bothered to peel the layers of rice noodles. Despite it being a noodle dish, you literally had to dig around for noodles. It is in no way a good representation of authenticity. The sizzling presentation of the shaken beef was the best part of the dish. Service was ok, needed secondary reminders of what we asked for. We had placed an order to go with our meal and had to wait an extra 15 min for that to be made. Fusion has become an indicator of a bad restaurant, basically a jack of all trades master of nothing. Food is delicious! Staff is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. We always leave with full bellies and leftovers to enjoy again
One of my favorite places in town for takeout. If you haven’t tried their shaken platters, do yourself a favor! Their Italian food is also on-point and the Bibimbap is worth ordering if you’re dining in. Vegetarian options: My wife raves that they make the best tofu in town.
