The person who took our order was more focused on assisting the drive-thru customer than on what he was doing. He even handed the drive-thru customer the wrong food several times. He made mistakes with our order and seemed to blame us for coming in. I'm very disappointed with this visit.
They have a fast service, which is great for those in a hurry. The food was unexpectedly delicious for a fast-food chain.
The food was fresh and noticeably better than my visit last month. I stopped by for lunch today (11/7/22) and was served two large fries, but they felt more like medium size. When I asked for more, I was told there would be an extra charge, which I found unreasonable. They should ensure that the portion sizes are truly large. I should have just ordered medium fries instead.
During my most recent visit, I ordered the loaded omelet biscuit, and I was quite disappointed. The wrapper was excessively greasy, and it seemed like the biscuit had been sitting in the holding bin for too long. This is really the first time I've experienced such poor quality food from Hardee's!
The restrooms are reliably clean for a fast-food place. The food lives up to the typical standards of a Hardee's, and the staff is usually friendly.
