Now, they aren’t even open during the hours they advertise, and the food has lost its value. On my last two orders, the food arrived extremely late and was not only cold, but also not what I had ordered. I won’t be calling them again.

The first two pizzas were good once the cook started adding a little more cheese to the pizza. I thought following that change, I had found a new pizza place to satisfy my pizza cravings. Unfortunately, the last several pizza's that I've ordered have either been way over-cooked, or I've received a reheated dried out pizza that seems to have been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile I don't know what accounts for the sudden and drastic nose dive in the quality of the pizza at FIOs, hopefully management sees this review, and addresses the problem, as I've seen that FIOs can make a good pizza when they want to. Here's hoping that the situation improves.
