Dunkin' Donuts - Lowell

We ordered a large iced coffee and a small one. The large was made perfectly, but the small one wasn’t. My first sip was disappointing because they forgot to add the caramel! They were quick with service, but at what expense? Unfortunately, I feel like I wasted my money this time.

I experienced quick and outstanding service during my visit. The staff at the drive-thru were always friendly and welcoming, and the coffee was consistently served hot! With a large family, I ordered a significant amount of food, and they even assisted me in carrying it to my car. A big shoutout to the wonderful person in the picture who went above and beyond! I also want to acknowledge the team that prepared all of my food items.

At times, the service can be a bit slow. However, every dish that arrives is always excellent.

Came at 8:30 when they close at 9 and I get 30 min before is a little annoying but I worked at a dunks for 2 years and throwing everything except for matcha away is nuts, when you got half an hour left till you close.

Woman who made my food here walked out of the bathroom with litteral FECES on her fingers before taking my order. She very obviously didn't bother to wash her hands, not only is this a health concern its also absolutely disgusting. I didn't want to be rude so I simply walked out and threw my order in the trash. She had cat eye glasses and her hair was pulled back in a bun. Really hope this woman gets fired. Will not ever visit this location again.
