Throughout my life, I've worked at various Dunkin' locations, but this one is by far the best! Felicia, the manager, is incredibly attentive not just to her customers but also to her employees. She is always sweet, polite, and understanding—everything you could hope for in a manager! Felicia goes above and beyond every single day and truly is the heart and soul of this place. I hope she stays forever!
