The food can vary, sometimes being acceptable and other times not so great. The service is hit or miss as well. The other patrons can have a similar mix of experiences. Ultimately, it all hinges on when you visit, but it never exceeds a level that's merely adequate. View all feedback.
It's always a problem with Dunkin' donuts they never get the coffee right for some reason
Staff here are on a different dimension. Had to wait 10 minutes in line when the place was almost empty. . 20 minutes later they tell me "we are waiting on the muffins to thaw out '!!! Can 't just say we 're out. It took me 25 minutes to get egg and cheese in an empty restaurant.
Facility not clean, not unlike the dunking donuts should be.
Very rude. I bought food here and ended up using the bathroom and got yelled at because they told me I didn't buy anything, when I did. I don't approve of that when I am a paying customer and even left a tip for them as well.
