I ordered hot chocolate from here and it was watered down immensely. The service at this particular location is poor, the servers are incompetent and the drive thru is way too narrow. I wouldn’t recommend it. View all feedback.

Depends which one one you visit.Dracut Mass location's need more training, never get my order right.
I took a break during my 5-hour road trip to Maine and stopped at a Dunkin' for some coffee. After driving 1,800 miles, I was hoping for a quick and simple experience, but it turned out to be quite chaotic!
No warning who is the night shift, but the women have connected us with the speck on our sandwiches and the coffee is spectacular, although it is probably old espresso. I wish I tipped these wonderful ladies! will definitely come back! we were confused about certain menu items, but she was happy to help! 10 stars in the night shift on 09/02/22!
Remodel looks beautiful, cosmetics more than necessary. the orders are still in the right but expected
