Pineview - Low
Pineview
Description
Tucked in a small-town strip, this cozy, booth-lined diner serves dependable homestyle fare — standout Eggs Benedict, classic clubs and house-made pies — drawing locals and day-trippers alike. Food quality varies by dish and day: pies and breakfast win widespread praise, while poutine and coffee divide opinion. Service fluctuates between warm and brusque, and the compact space can mean limited seating and pricing that some find steep. Best for relaxed breakfasts, hearty lunches and a slice of nostalgia.

The food was delicious, the decor was appealing and unique, and the service was friendly and attentive.
This restaurant is family-owned and operated, and the staff is friendly and entertaining with plenty of stories to share. The food is homemade and absolutely delicious. Just a heads up: if you need to use the restroom, it's for customers only. So, be prepared to indulge in some of their delightful homemade pastries while you're there!
If you're coming from cottage country or planning a day trip from the city, this is a fantastic place for classic diner food. Don't miss out on trying one of the many pies made on the premises; the coconut cream pie, in particular, was especially delicious.
Only thing more burnt than the food is the restaurant itself Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
