Minchow's Food Court - Lovell

This place is a fun spot to visit with friends, especially for their tasty ice cream. However, the service can be quite slow, and the employees don't always provide the best experience. While there are a few standout staff members, the food is just average, and it often takes a long time for it to be served, even without the delays caused by COVID.

I just ordered tacos with all the toppings, but I didn't receive any tomatoes, sour cream, or black olives. There was hardly any meat, cheese, or lettuce, and they were cold. I'm really disappointed! Your service has definitely declined.

They could have easily chosen to decline my request, and I would have understood, but their approach was poorly handled. I could tell I was bothering them. The establishment itself was dirty and unappealing, and the food was not worth it. While a few staff members were decent, the overall service was subpar. As someone who's also worked in customer service and the food industry, I believe it's essential to serve customers with a smile, no matter the time. You never know what someone else is going through, and a kind gesture can go a long way. It’s disappointing to say this, but Minchows has lost my business.

If you love rude employees, and poor customer service, this is the place for you. Today when we came in, we were greeted by an empty store. When we finally got the attention of the kids in the back, they begrudgingly came out and rudely took our order. The kid who wrapped the tortillas -barely- wrapped them. I mean they wrapped it but mostly just mangled it. We rewrapped them in the car. They couldn 't even cut through mine completely. I asked for ranch and there was barely any in one side it it. They didn 't salt it like I asked. So thanks kids for sad, poorly wrapped, lacking food.

I would love to give this place 5 stars , but their taco meat had to much seasoning. The smothered burrito is a 5 star act yummy!! It's fried , so it isn't soggy. I'm very picky when it comes to my Mexican food. I would definitely comeback here for the burrito. The burrito cost 6.95 and well worth every dime. Taco was 2.99 , and only worth 1.00. The taco was overly seasoned with no lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, or sour cream. It was taco seasoning with meat and a shell.
