Was Big Kansas at 4 Corners a mag?
During my motorcycle trip, I stopped by this restaurant, and I might have had the best meal of the entire journey. The beef soft tacos were exceptional, presented with the finesse you'd expect from a five-star restaurant. Pairing them with a cold beer was the perfect finishing touch. I ordered a three-piece chicken dinner, and the pieces were surprisingly small—smaller than a typical small chicken breast. The largest piece was a thigh, the leg looked more like part of a wing, the wing itself was about the size of a quail wing, and the last piece was nearly unrecognizable. The food! We were so happy to find a good food option here while staying for hunting. Thanks for a fun time and great drinks as well.
Huge handmade, juicy burgers. Unique toppings and fun names too. The Philly Steak Sandwich was one of the best ever eaten. We highly recommend and will stop whenever we are near.
