While this doesn't speak to the restaurant itself, I will speak to the manager and her integrity. A iPad was lost in that area that is used for our company's work. It was sent a signal to ask anyone who found it to call our IT department. Cindy, the manager there called and let us know she had it. I'm here right now and have been waiting on my food for for 20 min. You have employees outside talking to their friends. I can't leave the line because I'm behind a car that already paid. As of now I still haven't received my food. It's was 30 min before I got my food and it was all wrong. Every single time I go to this Taco Bell, I ask for no sour cream. Every. Single. Time. There’s sour cream in the food. Even after clarifying at the drive thru “PLEASE pinky promise me there’s no sour cream on this. The last five times I’ve been here, I’ve asked for no sour cream and I’ve had sour cream every time”. The final straw was when there was sour cream AND a short blond hair with terrible split ends in my burrito. Thankfully, we went back and the nice man gave us a refund with no problem, which was much appreciated. Never will return.
I thought i ordered 4 tacos ..got charged for 6 and messed up budget.left me gas cash free...

They were nice, but not as friendly as the past. This was drive thru close to closing! New visit 1/19/24 again, I used the drive thru. This was around midnight. Took my bag home. Was starting to eat at about 2:15AM. My food was prepared wrong and had an item missing. I called the store and Greg, the manager, told me to come back and give his name and they would replace my food. I'm glad there is a manager that will admit when they made a mistake and then makes it right!Parking: Plenty of parking spaces. Some for wheelchairs!
Went through the drive thru to pick up lunch. As I drove away I realized quickly they hadn't given me napkins, mild sauce that I requested most importantly, my drink. The food was good but come on Taco Bell, you can do better.
