I do wish they still offered table service, as the salads came without forks, and my son's meal was incorrect, which forced me to leave the theater to sort it out. However, the staff resolved the issue cheerfully; it was just frustrating to miss part of the movie.

I was on the phone with her because she was feeling anxious in an unfamiliar area. The sign instructed customers to seat themselves, but after 14 minutes of watching the waitstaff on their phones, she decided to leave. Not a single staff member acknowledged her during that time. The only person who spoke to her was a man who thanked her as she held the door open for him on her way out. Less than 7 minutes later, she was greeted and had her order taken at Tacos n Tequila.

The food was mediocre at best, and the service was nearly nonexistent once we were seated. Our server was very kind, but she seemed more accustomed to the movie theater side of the venue rather than the dining area. We ordered a hot chocolate, which I would not recommend. We also tried their take on poutine, which was disappointing. The fries were undercooked and oddly bland, topped with pulled pork that was surprisingly sweet and overly fatty. They forgot the queso on top, and only after we requested it on the side did the dish become somewhat palatable. In the end, we both left feeling disappointed by the food, though we appreciated the staff’s efforts.

We placed an online order for delivery, and it arrived exactly as we requested. The food was delivered on time and piping hot, and it held up wonderfully during transit. Every dish was packed with flavor. Unfortunately, we couldn't resist digging in before snapping a photo, but hopefully, we'll remember to do that next time!

We arrived around 7 PM, ordered drinks, food, and an appetizer. The drinks arrived fairly quickly, but nearly an hour later our food and appetizer were finally served. Unfortunately, everything was barely warm, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. To top it off, we were hurried along because they were preparing to close the restaurant. This place isn’t expensive; it’s priced for a casual dining experience, and I imagine the food would be delicious if it were served fresh instead of languishing for over half an hour.

The fries were undercooked and lacked flavor, and the pulled pork on top was surprisingly sweet and excessively fatty. They forgot to include queso, but when we asked for it on the side, it made the dish a bit more bearable. Overall, we were quite disappointed with our meal, although we did appreciate the staff's efforts.

Jen, the head chef, goes above and beyond by taking on extra roles like bartending, serving, and hosting, even though those aren’t her designated tasks. I've never left disappointed with my meal. The food is exceptional, and I highly recommend this restaurant!
