Once we asked the bill, we were informed that there was a minimum consumption of... read more We had our morning walk and decided to have a break and refreshment at spikes. Once we asked the bill, we were informed that there was a minimum consumption of euro and we could not pay with the card after we were told to go and withdraw money, we did not find the ATM machine working. we apologise and explained to the employees who insisted for our surprise that we should pay twice as much to meet the minimum requirements. If we were informed before the time of this rule, we would have ordered larger quantities. but the staff was very rude to us and insisted to load euro for a bottle of water. at the end of a long conversation we were charged the spent amount and said that management did not customers like we need and we will not be visited next time we will come! that was a shock for us and after this comment we asked ourselves to speak with the management and complaint book. none of them were provided. it's so bad to have a beautiful place that is such a terrible service. this place is not worth its time.
