The food was excellent but we were unsure whether to eat inside or outside and we were encouraged to eat outside and did so not realising that there were some r... read more The food was excellent but we were unsure whether to eat inside or outside and we were encouraged to eat outside and did so not realising that there were some rowdy golfers enjoying a post round session. We hoped they would quieten down but sadly the noise level kept alternating and the language became worse and worse and they eventually staggered off to catch the resort bus as we finished our main course. We decided to return to our resort and commented on the situation to the server when paying the bill who said it is a common problem. So we should have moved back inside but would recommend anyone visiting Spikes to eat inside and avoid the circus outside

Was our last night before going home and we ju... read more Been here many times and had a drink and snack but this was the first time I sat down properly in the restaurant. Was our last night before going home and we just wanted something nice and quick and get to bed for an early flight. Had the spaghetti Bolognese and it was Excellent. Great place for a beer, quick bite or a proper sit down meal. Cant wait to be back in February, play golf, few super bochs and a nice meal at the end!
