The service is slow and disappointing rate the wait for a 2..Appearance I give a 4 for atmosphere. Waiting over 30 minutes for a order of 6 chicken wings is terrible. Go for the atmosphere but skip the kitchen if you want a meal in a normal time. View all feedback.

The bartender treated us really well and the chef even cane out to greet us on the last visit. Lunch service was quick and I could tell the food was made to order. I was introduced to The Palm Room about 2 months ago and when I tell you they don't miss there, they don't miss there. The food is always on point in my personal opinion and the service is top notch. It's genuinely a family environment. The drinks I tried where on point. It's also a night club as well but I haven't been to that portion of it yet. It's black owned and it really gives you a feeling of the black family reunion assuming you've been to one. I'm mixed with black and white and trust me there is a huge difference lol I highly highly highly recommend this spot.
Love this place! Apparently renovated 2 years ago, the interior is still dazzling like new. Fully stocked bar and the food is amazing. I got the buffalo lemon pepper wings (75 cents on Thursday) and the GM even let us try a delicious dessert that may soon be on the menu. So impressed. Nice venue as well with an intimate corner stage for music, comedy, etc.
I came in town to visit family I was looking for a place that is lay back and Friendly people, good food music next time I visit family n Louisville I sure return to The Palm Room.
Stopped in for lunch with my husband. We had BBQ wings, chicken Philly (special) and Cajun chicken pasta service was quick and everything came out piping hot and delicious. Our server/bartender was AWESOME very kind and attentive. We can’t wait to come back to listen to some live music!
