I hate to give a mediocre review but that was our experience. We sat for 20+ minutes and were never approached by a server. We finally flagged one down who was nice but overstretched. The food was good but not so good we'd make it a point to go back. We're local to Louisville so there are more convenient places to go. If I was visiting and staying downtown, it's perfectly adequate. But not a great experience overall.

Awesome place the kids love it, brought the team there after a game had a great time. Good place for a date as wellParking: Have to park across the street not a ton of spots but its down town area.

Poor service started with the hostess greeting, or lack thereof. Empty restaurant directed me away from table I wished to sit at. Unkempt unfriendly.After 10 minutes had to ask if there was a bartender or server on? Noone in sight since I was seated.Finally someone showed up, now almost 20 minutes. No Chardonnay, or dry white wine option? A Louisville, New Albany mystery...hard to find Chardonnay here, a basic option for a full service bar everywhere else in the world.Bruschetta drowned in Feta cheeses, I reckon a half lb good cost management.When my friend arrived she ordered a grinder I lunch special pizza with thin dough. Her sandwich arrived 20 minutes after she asked about her order. My pizza a no show, then it came out was like war. Sent it back to be heated up.Honestly, one of the worst dining experienc s I have had in Louisville.Dietary restrictions: Requested no mozzarella on bruschetta pizza. Came on both.

Visited twice during my week in Louisville, both times the service was prompt and courteous. Salads were fresh and very tasty, the nachos were piled high and crispy but those thin crust pizzas were incredible. I ordered the 14 inch so I could have a snack later. Really good thin crust pies!!! Food hit the table fast Nd the prices were reasonable for the quality and flavor. I'll be back!

Overall nice pizza restaurant. Ordered the 10 all meat pizza. It was great! Staff was friendly. Went during after lunch, so it wasn't too busy. The pizza was a little too expensive for the size, but that comes with the territory if located in downtown.
