Papa Johns Pizza

Long story short #1 I ordered 2 pizzas and a 16 wing.#2 I got 1 pizza and wings! I called lady was nice I guess and manager seemed eager to just get me off the phone so he gave me the pizza I did not get. #3 I have the receipt I explained this. They kept being parrots saying what they saw on their side like I was a liar! #4 it took 40 mins for them to bring the other pizza buy and they guy was so unprofessional. He laid my pizza on a dog house and walked off as I opened the door I looked out to say thank you and was met with silence and anger. This place is so unprofessional I will never order anything from this location ever again! @papa John's you need to audit this branch and it's customer attrition also. Some training videos on how to treat customers and make an order correctly would be nice too. I know they don't care about losing 1 customer but they will lose a ton more with this kind of customer service. And I tipped them I wish I hadn't now!

First of all I’m not usually one to write a review, and when I do it’s not because the place was good. All I can say is wow! I ordered my food and they had it at my door in 16 minutes. The pizza looked and tasted amazing! Job well done!

Pre-ordered pizza at 7am to be delivered to my woke at 11am. In the instructions I stated “call upon arrival”. My food sat in my works office building for roughly an hour before someone found it.

Horrible customer service. Delivered pizza that wasn't even cooked. It was dough. It's been over 10 days and nothing has been done. Disappointed is a understatement.

Fast food??If you are hungry, go somewhere else. This is the slowest drive-through ever!! Very disappointing. I was sitting there forever. I placed my order at (11:10pm). The order was supposed to be ready in 24 minutes (11:34pm) not true! I got my food at (12:00am). They don't pull cars over if their food isn't ready. So don't waste your time placing a mobile order. They keep the cars at the window until their order is ready. Of course, my order was not hot enough. Plus, when you get to the window, they take their sweet time to assist you. I do not recommend this place at ALL!BAD SERVICE!
