Wendy's - Louisville

Definitely the best Wendy's ever, as far as service, cleanliness, and food freshness! This Breckenridge location is the only location I'd recommend. Wendy's on Poplar Level is the worst ever, for every reason. Except for one amazing 5-star employee there!

Everything is as expected but wait for the delay. One person taking orders and handing food Same time.

Food was good but the service was nasty. The cashier got upset with us when we ask for are drinks. Slammed the window in my fiance face. Will not be back.

We actually were able to eat inside the store, but the next group of people could not the manager said he didn't have enough employees although there were 5 people working. Food was good, store looked like every table was after a rush and used but not dirty. The employee that waited on us was very nice.

There was a worker walking around doing nothing but talking to the other people trying to work. The drive-thru line was backed up around the building. I waited about 15 minutes and I was at the beginning of the line. The worker at the window was nice but the guy talking to her was totally distracting and slowing her down. Most the people I saw through the drive-thru window, about three people, were in no hurry at all to do their job. They also left out a part of my order and didn't give me my ketchup. Food was good.
