What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
I order 2 dave’s double. the sandwiches were cold, I ask them to remake them. When I came home, the sandwiches were still cold, I think they give me the same sandwiches back. that's shameful. I paid $12.27 cent for cold eating that I had with microwave. I called the complaining line, was one in the position before I decided to hang up. that is also shameful. View all feedback.
I hardly ever have to wait in line for more than a few minutes at the drive-thru. Even if I only have 15 minutes on my lunch break, I can still make a quick stop at Wendy's. The classic chicken sandwich and all-natural lemonades are amazing!
I waited for over 6 minutes to place my order! I will not be returning to this restaurant.
