Tacos La Chaparrita - Louisville

For a little beat up taco stand in the parking lot of a liquor store, looks can be deceiving. This is the real deal. The same type of pop up trucks can be found all throughout Laredo TX near the border. Finally authentic Mexican food, not watered down americanized tex mex! I've had nearly everything on the menu and it's all good. Real street tacos, real esquite(corn in a cup), and real tortas(sandwiches). All cooked to order. This was one of the very first authentic Mexican restaurants in the area. I hope they are here to stay.

Amazing every time! We’re lucky to have them here on Dixie!

Service is always great and the food is delicious! The wait times aren't long at all(usually 10-15minutes) on Dixie Hwy in Valley Station between Valley Liquors and Michel Tires.

This place is amazing! Looks can be deceiving but if you’re a true west coast person you are well aware of where you can find the most authentic spots! This place is 100 percent authentic and a true street taco style spot! The taste is incredible and they’re always so fast! I live by Fort Knox and we drive about 30 minutes to sit and enjoy these tacos they dish up! I wish they’d open a truck or store near Fort Knox/elizabethtown! They would make a killing!!

Haven’t had too many tacos in Louisville.. but i had these!! And they are sooooooooo good!! The salsa roja is the best. Very spicy. The pastor is my favorite. authentic Mexican food truck.
