Contribute Feedback What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
I ordered extra cheese on everything, but I didn't receive any. That was $5 wasted (with the door pocket, it ended up being even more expensive), and I didn't even get my drink! I called to complain, but they didn't offer any refund or assistance. They just said there was nothing they could do. View all feedback.
Terrible service and tacos were wet. I asked about my money back and they said no refunds and laugh and so.
I have order the same order and each time they get the order wrong check your order before leaving there
I ordered a PLAIN steak burrito, but they put everything on it. I came back to the drive through and reordered the same meal they got it wrong again. I told them my order was wrong. The manager got angry and started shaking as if she wanted fight me. She said that I can get back on the line , because she's not fixing my order at the drive through. She called me ugly as she yelled at me I was very calm and respectful she actually acted like it was my fault she kept messing up my order ! I was very hurt by her statements and I was visibly shaken. If she doesn't want her job she should not work in fast food! I don't recommend ANYONE to eat here at the west Broadway Louisville Kentucky Taco Bell. (Incident happened at 8:45 pm wed May 4/2022)
Not very bright. I asked them 3 times if they understood that I was picking up 2 orders. I spent 20 mins in line just for her to tell me she didn’t hear me and I had to pull around the front and wait!
Horrible service, didn't receive my breakfast crunchwrap, although I placed an order on the app! The girl working tried to argue I didn't have a crunchwrap on my order, then told me to leave after I tried showing her my phone!
