Lee was fantastic at understanding my order and helped to clarify it for the chef. I've visited this restaurant twice. Yesterday morning, it was quite busy, but the teamwork and efficiency were impressive! Today, it was very quiet and relaxing, which I really appreciated. The cleanliness is also outstanding! What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
Placed a mobile order, coffee was ready fast but when I got there I saw another mobile order with the same name, but different food. Turns out the other person took my food by mistake, so they remade my sandwich… but gave me the wrong sandwich. I had been waiting 20 minutes at this point so I was ready to leave, didn’t realize there was no bacon on my breakfast sandwich. So now I paid $4.75 for a bacon, egg, and goud... View all feedback.
The people here were really nice, had great vibes, and they got my order fast! my only criticism is that I wish that the load had more noise loss than it was a bit echo, but that is nothing against the hired or coffee lol. this is still a great place to relax and study, so I would suggest to bring headphones!
I love Starbucks coffee, which I am attached to her white chocolate chop. they are great.
I always order decaf because of a heart problem. I'd say about 30% of the time, they ignore the decaf and I end up miserable. The barista called me up to confirm I want decaf and no mix. I love that they took the time to acknowledge and properly address my request. The drink was one of the best I've ordered too!
Enjoyed my mocha frapp as usual but disappointed that they have the restrooms locked now. I didn't even waste my time to ask if I could get the key code or if it was just for employees only now.
Rachel was very polite and had a splendid attitude in the drive through. Made ordering a breeze. I will be back soon!
