Happy to have this great little burger joint in the neighborhood! They have some great veggie and vegan options on the menu. I had the ?Fire Breathing Veggie? sandwich and it was one of the spiciest sandwiches I?ve ever had! ???????????? View all feedback.
What Hal Werner doesn't like about Six Forks Burger Co.:
This place is not bad, but I'm surprised it was rated so highly. Got the southwest burger it was good, but not mind blowing. Smaller than I expected, but also not pricey. The twisted corn was really disappointing it was pretty much tasteless. Like less flavor than plain corn out of a can. Not sure how you do that. No issues with service. Decor wise, I think it's going for shabby chic, but there are a few places where... View all feedback.
Six forks is one of those proud, local places you just need to try. We got to try a little bit of everything, including the green beans, corn, fries, onion rings, two different burgers, and of course some slushies. The slushies and burgers were the definite stars. It reminded me of a good diner type burger, with lots of choices and good flavor. It wasn't too wild, just a decent burger. The slushies were a little sweeter than some (I prefer that anyway), and were really, really good. For sides, cheese fries were huge and a solid side choice. Onion rings were nothing special, but not bad (I liked them). Green beans were a bit of disappointment for me, but my fiance liked the cast iron ones enough to take them home. Corn wasn't bad, but just not our top choice. Service was OK, staff was extremely friendly!

Decor wise, I think it's going for shabby chic, but there are a few places where it leans more shabby. No complaints about service. All in all, not a bad place for a weekday lunch, and good value, but I wouldn't think of this as a destination or special place you take someone you want to impress.
Dry hamburgers (they only cook well done) that aren’t well seasoned. Prices a bit high for a burger joint (spent $94 for 4 people). At $15-19 for a burger, I would expect at least a small side to come with the burger. It’s a cool place in Germantown but based on my one experience I’m having a hard time seeing how it has all of the high reviews.
We came to takeout for Apron's Chef in a Box and just loved it. The service and food were excellent. We had the Shroom and Southwest burgers with Twisted Corn and they were all delicious. The Stir Fry Collar Greens are now one of our favorites. If you want a great summertime cooler, try a Bourbon Pineapple Slush. Can't wait to go back and dine in!
Nice neighborhood spot. Come here for burgers. Consumed the southwest burger and onion rings. Overall an enjoyable restaurant.
