It’s not often that you come across a restaurant that offers both exceptional food and outstanding service. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were visiting family. Bill, the owner and chef, along with his wife Caron, have crafted a welcoming atmosphere and serve authentic Italian cuisine that is truly unique. Their genuine interaction and care for the guests made our experience even more special. Our server... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Silvio's Italian:
The service was good, but the food needs improvement. We ordered shrimp and polenta, but the shrimp tasted burnt and the polenta was bland. Additionally, the bruschetta was quite small. View all feedback.
Amazing neighborhood gem! Thanks to chef and crew for consistently warm service, fantastic meals and amazing cannoli. Bonus: the wine list is lovely. Thanks for being here :
My mother bought her husbands favorite cake and brought it to the restaurant for his dinner. She ordered this cake a week in advance to make sure that he had it on his birthday. We had reservations and there were 6 of us. We ordered appetizers and wine and drinks. But the first thing that the hostess and waitress tell my mother when she walks in the door is that there is a $25 ‘cutting’ fee for bringing your own dessert if you want to eat it there. When she asked them what that meant, they acted rude and condescending. The food is bland and the atmosphere is crowded and the service is mediocre. A ‘cutting’ fee? This isn’t Jeff Ruby’s. Terrible place with terrible service with terrible attitudes. Will never go back.

We had an amazing experience at Silvio’s this evening! From the food, to the atmosphere, to the hospitality, it was perfect. Loved getting to meet and chat with Silvio himself and he really made us feel like family. My veal parm was perfect and my husband’s pork chop was so tender we could cut it with a butter knife. Oh, and don’t skip that lemoncello cake- it’s like eating a light fluffy lemon cloud! YUM! Their bourbon selection is quite nice too. Really so happy we stumbled upon this place- it’s such a gem! When we’re back in town we will definitely be back!
DERBY EVE... right after The Oaks...no reservation.. no problem! Greeted and seated with smiles. The owner and Chef came to our table not once but twice to be sure everything was perfect. AND IT WAS! Our server was their pretty daughter, and her suggestions for the evening were spot on. I haven't enjoyed a meal like that in a LONG time! You will feel at home, want to hug everyone when you leave, and come back soon! Thank you all for a delightfull evening!
