The experience was fantastic! I was craving wings and the loaded fries, and they were absolutely delicious. Our server was really friendly and attentive. The Korean BBQ wings were incredibly tasty!

I've been to this restaurant before, and at times they offered sauce complimentary or in a larger quantity, which seems inconsistent. Instead of being stingy, they could offer a small cup of ranch with the wings at no additional cost, as I didn’t even receive a proper amount for what I paid. When I purchase a meal, I expect it to come with a sauce. While I could understand a charge for just one side, we ordered two meals, so it feels excessive. This is my only complaint about this location.

I typically don't have issues with this restaurant, but my recent experience was quite disappointing. I ordered online for pickup and received confirmation for my payment. They provided a pickup time, and I arrived early. However, I waited 35 minutes because they couldn't locate my order, despite my showing them the confirmation. I live just five minutes away, and when I finally received my order, it was incorrect and cold. It may have just been a rough day for the staff, but it really left a bad impression on me. I might consider returning in the future, but it will be a while before I do. Overall, I was not satisfied with my last visit!

I enjoy it at roosters. I usually get chicken quesadillas and they are very good. I don't think I ever had to wait for me to sit for a long time.

Food had a good flavor but service was lacking. They was busy as we visited on Sunday afternoon. Messed up on 3 of the five plates with special requests. Waited forever after food just to get ticket to pay.
