Qdoba Mexican Eats - Louisville

Hats off to all of their staff for working a very busy shift without ac on a 90 degree July evening! Despite being under stress and of course the intense heat, they were all still so polite and nice.

Unfortunately this is the 3rd bad experience in the last 3 times to the Breckinridge Rd location. 1st was out of chicken 30 minute wait, 2nd out of fajita vegetables 20 minutes we will need to cut some and cook, 3rd time out of soft drinks, out of bowls, out of cheese, serving portion was about half of normal, most tables, booths and chairs were filthy and someone walked in went behind the counter and started fixing themselves dinner no uniform, no apron, no nothing that says they work there. I can see being being out of stuff around close or a few minutes to wait, but these trips are at 5 PM. It's really a shame. This was a good place to go for dinner.

I went there 6/6/2022 about 8:30 pm steak is burned no vegetables and they act like they're there doing favors to people being open. Although I liked the salad bowl I won't be back unless I hear that service is becoming good .

Qdoba on Breckenridge Ln at 5:21pm I was first told that they are closing in 15min to which I said in response.. it doesn 't take 15 minutes to make a burrito bowl ... Then I was told well were just closed!! Ohh and did I mention that this conversation took place outside in the parking lot while the girl was standing beside her boyfriends car talking to him. Clearly management aren 't screening the people they hire anymore!!!Edit:After leaving that GOD Awful place. I went to the Qdoba on Shelbyville Rd and was greeted with service and a smile!!! ??
