Pho Ba Luu - Louisville

I began with 2 fresh rolls that, although not fried, were warm. They were different and delicious! Next, I tried a rice vermicelli dish with tofu. Both dishes were excellent and did not contain any fish sauce.

The staff were excellent, the food was so good, we had the chef herself serve it and help us. The food was filling and delicious, and staff were helpful and accommodating with my wife's allergies. All food preparation is in plain site, so you know it's well prepared. Highly recommend!!!

Nearly every dish is available in vegan. Taste is good portionsize aswell and pricing is reasonable.

The menu includes items labeled as vegan but they are not truly vegan. The crispy vegetable rolls contain egg in the wrapping, and the vegan bahn mi includes mayonnaise and paté. Be sure to clearly specify that you are vegan so they can make modifications to the item for you.

There are vegan options available for almost every item on the menu. The vegetable broth has a delicious flavor with a subtle fruity undertone. It is unique and very enjoyable.
