We have been loyal customers of Dad John's for 25 years and have even worked for the restaurant in the past. However, we were extremely disappointed with the poor quality of the dough on our recent visit. I am giving this restaurant 2 stars mainly because their pizza is amazing from Monday to Thursday between 12 and 3. The delivery time is usually around 30 minutes. However, on Fridays and Sundays, it is impossible to place an order as they either don't answer the phone or the online ordering system is never available.
