Papa Johns Pizza - Louisville

I am giving this restaurant 2 stars mainly because their pizza is amazing from Monday to Thursday between 12 and 3. The delivery time is usually around 30 minutes. However, on Fridays and Sundays, it is impossible to place an order as they either don't answer the phone or the online ordering system is never available. Even if you manage to place an order, it takes at least 2 hours for the delivery to arrive. Many customers prefer ordering from Dominos or Bärnos instead of going through the hassle of ordering from this restaurant.

The restaurant had great service, and my pizza was ready for pickup in just 12 minutes. It was perfect for enjoying at the beach!

As always, this restaurant is fantastic! The food was delicious and exactly how I ordered it, including my special request for light sauce and extra cheese on my vegetable pizza. The delivery was also quicker than I anticipated. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We have been loyal customers of Dad John's for 25 years and have even worked for the restaurant in the past. However, we were extremely disappointed with the poor quality of the dough on our recent visit. The manager assured us that the recipe had not changed, but it tasted as though they were using expired dough that had a cardboard-like flavor. We have always appreciated Dad John's commitment to using better ingredients for better pizza, but it seems that this philosophy may no longer hold true.

The food at this restaurant is amazing. We usually get takeout, and I'm the one who goes to pick it up; parking is really difficult here.
