Melba's Culinary Canvas - Louisville

The restaurant is currently closed, so please do not make any reservations. While they will accept reservations, the establishment is not operational at this time. When it was open, the food was truly delicious. It's unfortunate that it is closed now. Hopefully, they will reopen in a different location in the future.

When our group arrived at the restaurant, we found it permanently CLOSED, not just for the day or due to late opening. There was a “We’re Moving” sign on the door. Our reservation had been confirmed multiple times, including the day before our visit. This was both embarrassing and inconvenient, and it left me frustrated. I’m not sure how this situation occurred. The owner should be banned from using OpenTable in the future.

This restaurant is permanently closed, so I'm not sure why I was able to make a reservation for it on OpenTable.

You can’t use my number ratings, Melba’s wasn’t open. Not sure if they have moved or closed. Hopefully, they have just moved, or closed temporarily.

This restaurant is excellent! I used to visit often for lunch, and every dish was both creative and expertly prepared. The cake was truly exceptional; we even ordered one for a friend’s birthday once. I can’t wait for the new location to open!
