Mcdonald's - Louisville

I visited this restaurant around 2:08 AM and ordered a shake since I've been stopping by for one late at night for the past week. I was informed that the shake machine was down since midnight, which clearly isn't true. This place is supposed to be open 24 hours, and it seems like they're just deciding when they want to serve certain items. My food was served lukewarm to cold, the fries were hard and overly salty, and the fish was cold as well. Plus, I never got my shake.

I just ordered a collectors meal with a Big Mac, and to my disappointment, I found two long, unpleasant hairs in my sandwich.

I couldn't help but notice that the staff weren't wearing uniforms, and honestly, they looked quite unkempt, as if they had just rolled out of bed. This is a stark contrast to more corporate establishments. Just yesterday, I saw a woman in a spaghetti strap dress that was far too short, and she even bent over, which was quite distracting. They really need to pay more attention to their appearance.

What's the point of using curbside to place an order. Ordered food went straight to restaurant. Got notification food would be out. Sat for 20 minutes. Went inside rude staff . I told her that I ordered curbside. No apologies we're given . Got my food realized no sweet tea by soda machine. Asked for the sweet tea. Again another rude staff said they had none and no more would be made. This was at 7:55 pm and they are now a 24 hour restaurant. They had at least 6 people on crew. Totally rude and definitely not willing to help. No one wants to work. Totally not worth the 32.00 worth of food for four adults. .

Usually don’t have any problems with this location. ordered a $22 order gave the worker at the window $11 in cash and told her to put the rest on my card. She pocketed my cash money and charged my card $22. I would like my money back
