The employee that took my order was great. However there was another younger heavy set female employee that I over heard telling the cashier that if anyone asked for their change back to give it to them in rolls of pennies. Another employee said since we have so many rolls My recommendation would be to include the excess penny rolls in the nightly drop and not give them back as change. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
Ordering online suspect to have been at a certain time, so I go in and wait for my order to show on the portal, other customers come to leave their stuff while I still wait, finally to ask my online order whether it was ready to simply don't think to load my order into the portal smh, so I waited a good 20 minutes there I had to get the order to low 15 /20 minutes before actually get it in order. They were short staff . Which made some people left. Food was delicious.
They don't work. I came today, Saturday, and it's 8:00 pm and they tell me they won't take any more orders. Last week it was the same with the same shift.
The food is delicious, there's a lady working in there that is extremely nice and helpful. Not to mention she's beautiful, hands down the best customer service I've ever had
