La Chasse - Louisville

Items on the menu are hit or miss. Some of the items on the menu are amazing mussels and fries, spicy margarita, the trout. However other items were a total miss and not good at all french onion soup, filet, pear drink. I would go back again especially for the items that I mentioned, but I probably wouldn’t try anything new since it was so hit or Miss

I ordered the Mussels Frites which were SO good. My husband ordered the hamburger and said it's one of the best in town he's a bit of a hamburger snob. The service was outstanding our server was Amanda and the chef checked on us twice. La Chasse is now one of my Top favorite restaurants in Louisville

Celebrated my daughter’s birthday during an ice storm. So glad that the restaurant staff was entirely top notch, despite their likely desire to get home. The drinks were prepared with expertise and priced fair. The mussels appetizer was great. I understand that it changes daily. Our entree selections were equally good. We were concerned about the price points, but were overwhelmed with the preparation, so that made it worth every penny. We ordered appetizers to share, however the chef declined to serve the tart, as not up to standards. Instead, our waitress brought two chocolate mousse to compensate and they were really delicious. Overall, a great experience. We will go back

My husband and I dined with friends on Feb and had a wonderful meal. I can’t say enough about how good the food was starting with the appetizer special of steak tartar, followed by Brussels sprout salad, and entre of Black Sea bass. By far the best meal I have had since the pandemic began! Thanks to Isaac and Alex

Excellent as always. The service and food were on point. La Chasse is one of the best, if not the best, restaurants in Louisville. If you are patronizing restaurants at this time and have not tried this place out, you should definitely give it a try. Locally owned and follow all the health and safety protocols
