What User doesn't like about Krispy Kreme Doughnuts:
I noticed a 30-cent charge per donut on an already pricey menu, and the donuts themselves have gotten smaller. This has been an issue for a while, and I thought it had been addressed. The selection is limited unless you opt for their seasonal donuts, which come with a higher price tag. They just filled a cream donut with chocolate, but I miss the classic options. This is quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had at any establishment at the address of 3000 Bardstown Road. They gave me the wrong donuts. I ordered a dozen original glazed donuts and they gave me an ASSORTMENT!!!! NOT GLAZED DONUTS!!! AN ASSORTMENT!!! I will ensure everyone I meet steers clear of this Krispy Kreme. Instead, I will recommend the Krispy Kreme on Shelbyville Road. At least they know the difference between glazed and an assortment.
The employees are always so friendly! It makes my morning better.
Don't come here very often. But when I do you just can't beat a original glazed. Some of the products are way to calorie and sugar rich for me.
I love walking into this place ,the smell alone makes my mouth water,and the you see all them lucky donuts going down that conveyer belt towards that shower or sweet glaze,man if I worked there I couldn't keep my fingers out of the glaze,plus I promise I would weight 500 lbs or better in no time...love me some Krispy kreme
This place is definitely not on my favorite list of Krispy Kreme restaurants. First thing when I went in they didn't seem like they wanted to even be at work second I ordered a certain kind of donut and they gave me the wrong donuts third of all and most importantly I was wanting just one hot donut when they had at least 600 coming off the conveyor belt and the guy was rude and said that he couldn't do it and just walked away. So now we're going home with cold hard donuts and spent over $30 so I'm not a happy camper will not be returning to this Krispy Kreme.
