The stuffed mushrooms were outstanding! I highly recommend them. Overall, the appetizers were fantastic. I ordered the lowland boil, which I would rate a 5/10 for taste and a 6/10 overall. The main issue was that it was overcooked, making it difficult to peel the shrimp and crab legs. My total experience was a 7/10. I give it 3.5 stars and I originally had 4 stars shown but then backed down to 3. The restaurant itself is clean, large, great view of the river, and has cool paraphernalia all around. I had an incredible experience at this restaurant. The seafood was delicious, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend asking for Shelby—she is fantastic and took excellent care of me. She consistently refilled my drinks without me even having to ask and was very attentive throughout my meal.
Delicious food and excellent service! We tried the fried shrimp and the salmon, both of which were amazing. The ambiance was also wonderful.
The all-you-can-eat special for two at Thunder Over Louisville 2007 was fantastic! We really enjoyed it all day.
I visited for a day trip and had a wonderful experience. First of all, the host and server, Joseph, was outstanding! He was incredibly polite and personable. The shrimp nachos were delicious, and so was Joe's Classic Steamboat. The excellent service combined with the fantastic food made this stop absolutely worthwhile!
The food was enjoyable, but our server initially gave us the wrong order ticket. Fortunately, they corrected it quickly.
