Great food, great delivery time. I have the Italian sub in my lunch break, everything has been made perfection.

I ordered for delivery. I was once in the restaurant industry and know how important a tipp is. However, I must have forgotten to put tipp online if I have ordered. they left my food safe, then called me to ask me where the tip was. I understand that drinking is important and I always or I 't order / eat where drinking money is expected. the question of a tip is rude. tipping is fakultatiw and I didn't know how I was asked. where is my tipp not professional. I gave a tip on the phone, but that was unconventional and asked me if this was one of the supplier. on a brighter note, eating is always fast and tasty and deserves a tip.

This used to be our favorite Jimmy John's location to get our subs until yesterday. Service with Brandon the order taker was terrible and he was extremely rude to myself my husband!!! When ordering at the end when my husband was asking me if we wanted to add chips and drink the guy rudely yelled louder about wanting anything else as if we were taking to long so we opted not to based on his attitude. We ordered our subs together and paid together.....however they were slapped on the counter separate with no napkins no bag. We have been to this establishment before never been told to get it ourselves. No sign posted said this was a self service establishment. We passed 3 other locations to eat at this one yesterday and felt like it was a mistake afterwards due to Brandon and his rude attitude. I was going to leave 4 stars but dude had us upset when we left yesterday.
