This is the best place I've eaten in a bed. the service was amazing and literally everything tasted so good. my table ordered egg rolls, roasted tofu and chicken, and I tried all together with my runway with grilled pork. every bite made me sing. I can't expect to come back.

This tiny esserei packed a big taste stamp! the spring rolls were excellently fresh and well cut, my tofu pho broke out my socks! the personal was warm and friendly and I am so sad that I live in another condition. Thank you for making me eat in louisville last night, it was unforgettable.

What a hidden gem of a restaurant! I had an incredible experience with exceptional service. The food is a true labor of love, featuring homemade, authentic dishes that are both nutritious and flavorful. The bone broth in the pho was so delicious that I could drink it on its own, and the iced coffee was unique and so delightful that I was hooked from the first sip! I can't wait to try everything else on the menu. Highly recommend!

This is a fantastic spot for a bowl of pho! The banh mi and summer rolls were also delicious, though we devoured them before taking pictures. I always request extra crumbles because I believe they enhance the dish, but honestly, the broth and aromas coming from the kitchen are so delightful that you don’t really need to add anything! I recommend trying the dishes as they are before considering any additional sauces or toppings. I do add them myself, but the flavors they create are truly excellent. Keep in mind that the space is small, so it might feel cramped during busy times or with a large group. However, the service is friendly and very quick. Definitely one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in the city!

This is a fantastic restaurant with a wonderful owner. The tender beef pho is one of the best dishes I've ever tasted. Eatz also serves the tastiest jalapeños I've ever had, with just the right amount of spice and flavor. In my opinion, their iced coffee is the best value item on the menu; I would go out of my way just to enjoy it regularly. The restaurant is clean, offers pet-friendly outdoor seating, and provides excellent overall value.
