Doubleflameburgers - Louisville

Second day open you expect a few bumps in the road,not here. The service is impeccable. Hand patted burgers,a laundry list of free toppings,and fries with multiple options. Well worth the visit .They have gained a regular in me and my family.

I decided to pop in, seeing as how they'd been open one whole day! When I walked in taking from previous visits to Mr. Lou's I was skeptical. I approached the counter and was met by a friendly woman. I glanced at the menu and decided on a cheeseburger. The topping selection was great! With pre and post cooked options I went with raw onions and pickles. The burger was out in no time and it was good! Although the soda fountain wasn't operational yet... I was informed it soon will be. The seating was ample and underused. Keep in mind...Day 2! I'm sure with time and word of mouth Double flame will grow into their aspirations... I will bring the whole family next time and share the love through their tasty selection of food!! The menu is not just burgers,, it's also salads, chicken, and sides... Give them a chance....I bet you return frequently!

My fam and I have been twice now and the food is awesome and the customer service is great!! Have a feeling we will be frequenting this new yummy burger place.

The food was awesome! I had the regular fries and my hubby got the spicy fries. Both of our burgers were good and the fries were awesome! Service was good too! It was really nice to see the manager (maybe the owner, not too sure) praising his employees for getting through a decently packed lunch hour.

Employees are nice and the food is just as good. Definitely recommend this place to EVERYONE!!
