4.2 / 5 (19293 reviews)

Description

Doc Crow's, located in Kentucky, offers a diverse menu with everything from fried po'boys to fancy seared salmon and classic barbecue options. Despite a lack of menu cohesion, the restaurant's atmosphere is cool and the service is helpful and attentive. However, some issues with the food were noted - including undercooked burgers and a lackluster chocolate chip cookie dessert. On the positive side, the restaurant's smoked meats, ribs, and side dishes received high praise, earning it a reputation as one of the best BBQ places around. The spacious restaurant can accommodate both small and large groups, and offers a range of food and drink options beyond barbecue. Overall, Doc Crow's is a must-visit spot in Louisville, especially for those craving high-quality meats and fantastic sauce.

10 out of five stars! Had the baby back ribs and several adult beverages! I had the black widow and swipe right cocktail, phenomenal! The baby back ribs and macaroni was also phenomenal, would highly suggest this place! So many different types ofbourbons and whiskey as well!

Overall a pretty good spot with good food and an absolutely insane whiskey list. Doc 's Chicken was particularly good, very tender and flavorful. Surprisingly good oysters too three varieties on hand, though the bartender unfortunately couldn 't speakto flavor or texture profiles. The bourbon list by itself is ~22 pages long. Totally wild. There were something like a dozenvarieties of Buffalo Trace if you wanted to go by a specific warehouse or floor, for example. With that said, the price pointon whiskies was way higher than a place right across the street. Between that and not having information on the oysters I giveit a 4 out of 5.

After a long 10 hour drive, a nice dinner was much needed. Stopped by Doc Crow's in Kentucky. The atmosphere was relaxing. The staff was very friendly. The smokehouse club sandwich was just want I wanted. My only complaint with the sandwich was that Iordered it with the house chips and received fries. The fries were crisp and hot, but not what I wanted with my sandwich so Idid not eat them. For dessert I opted for the chocolate chip cookies. Not at all what I expected and I LOVE chocolate chipcookies. If you have ever eaten C-rations, the cookies tasted like they just popped out of the can. Not my favorite.Disappointing.

Oh. My. Goodness. This is the best BBQ place I've ever been to. Their meats are good quality and their sauce is fantastic. Their staff is very friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere is spot on! I am willing to drive 2.5 hours just to eat there! Theyare almost always busy but it never feels super crowded or uncomfortable.

Hot spot barbecue location on main street in downtown louisville. Menu fits all appetites whether it be steak, chicken, vegetarian or seafood lover. Highly recommend the fried okra... Breaded to perfection, the oysters on the Half shell taste like high dollar and are house prices. Finally the crab cakes are full of delicious crab meat and cooked to perfection. Definitely will be back. Recommend making reservations as this is a popular location
