The lady working The register is awesome, very friendly and gives great customer service. We dined in and she was this way with every customer she helped. Also the man working the drive thru sounded very good too, great customer service from him from what I could hear. Great View all feedback.

Overcharged by 200 dollars from last months price. So everything went up 2 .00 dollars at Burger In like a week? Seems like others would complain if that is the case. Or I got ripped off by Burger King corporation . Because I know that kid working the register would not rip off customers. This is definitely some bull malarkey. Two dollars more to eat in Louisburg? I don't get it View all feedback.
Extremely slow and the food tasted awful. Will never go back
Waited a long time for my food, and the burgers were ice cold. This is ridiculous for having paid nearly $30 for 2 burgers and fries. I didn't even order drinks.
If you get a meal youll probably wait 5 min to order then 35 min for food. Hire some more employees and pay them better. Or weed out the bad ones.
I come to this place often. I've talked with management numerous times about the employees actions and the way they treat people. Nothing happens. Same problem different day. I never get an employee that even acts like they want to be there or even care what is going on. Today I stand at the register waiting for them to take my order. The young man was talking on the register. Then walks away. Same guy comes back never acknowledged me taps again and walks away. Then another young man walks up and stands there. Never looks at me. I ask are you able to take my order. He just looks at me. So I order a burger. He says we are out of those buns. I said ok. So you are not selling burgers? He said yes. Yes what do you have buns or not. No help no suggestions. He looks down the entire time. I also want burgers do you have. He says woppers. Ok I'll take 1 to go. Finish the order and I wait. The employee is talking with what looks like a friend has a bag and lays it on the counter. Keeps on talking and never talks me that is my burger. He rolls up the bag and walks away. So I stand there waiting. He walks by a few more times and never tells me that is my burger. I walk up and ask where my food was. He says nothing and looks at the bag. I have to open it to see what is inside. It's my burger. Bottom line is. Tired of the complete lack of ownership and management supervising anyone at this store. Don't go here. I cannot anymore. Ownership and management do not care and is shows with how the employees act.
