Bb's Grill Spring Hill

I want to start by highlighting the bartender, who was fantastic. She was incredibly attentive. I ordered the Cinderblock Cider without realizing it was an apricot cider, and since I don't like apricots, I couldn't drink it. I was prepared to pay for it as I understood it was my mistake. However, the bartender kindly asked the manager if there was anything they could do since I didn’t consume it. The manager, unfortunately, started questioning me about my knowledge of ciders and why I ordered an apricot one if I didn’t like it. I tried to explain that I hadn’t realized it was apricot and that I was willing to pay for it. However, she continued to talk to me in a condescending manner, making me feel foolish for my selection. I love the establishment, but this experience really left a sour impression. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 2, and the atmosphere a 4.

Speaking of the service, the waitress was largely absent throughout our meal and only returned to refill our drinks once after we finished eating. I only managed to take a couple of bites of my meal. Food was really good. Our server was horrible. We didnt get our drinks till right be for our food and i had to ask for them. Other tables that came in after us had drinks way be for we did. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
