E... read more It was a huge discovery... a rainy afternoon when we arrived after a long ride. On the first day we had local wine, a beautiful dish of local meat and cheese. Everything great, up on the beautiful and enthusiastic waitress. We returned two nights later and had cooked amazing pork ribs over an open fire. We have preordered a special drop-set menu for two nights, consisting of saddle of deer with roasted chestnuts, spaetzli, red cabbage, brussel sprouts, poached pear. It was our best holiday meal. This charming establishment and its hospitable staff are fabulous!!

Food freshly cooked on outdoor grill, menu small but completely fresh.

Nach... read more Gemütliche Atmosphäre mit Kamin, aussen Steintische unter Bäumen. Eine sehr gute Küche, toller Service - vor allem für Familien mit Kindern sehr geeignet. Nach dem Essen empfahl man uns einen Ausflug zur nahegelegenen Straussenfarm, von der auch das Fleisch geliefert wird. Im Wald hinter dem Grotto kann man spazieren gehen oder in der Hängematte liegen. Ein toller Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg in den oder aus dem Urlaub. Von der Speisekarte sehr zu empfehlen ist das Semifreddo al Nocino.

Menù che cambia in base alla stagione con particolare attenzione ai prodotti locali! Buoni anche i vini. Consiglio vivamente una sosta!
