Got a quick reply on my question regarding tour availability from Zara who’s in charge of the tap room. We had an enthousiastic guide who took us around the brewery. Telling us about the process of making beer but also telling us about the people that make the beer. We had the chance to talk to the brewer who was currently making a batch of beer. As a homebrewer that is a great opportunity. After the tour we were handed back to Zara in the tap room where we sampled a broad selection of the excellent windswept beers. My personal favorite was the Tornado, an IPA with Citra hops. But all beers were very nice distinctive beers.
